    PLEASE look at the pictures to judge the grade for yourself as grading is subjective and that's the exact item your will receive.  The note is still legal tender for but it is rarely seen in circulation for and is a very popular eBay item. The
    "HAWAII" overprint bills
    were issued for emergency use during WWII on the Hawaiian Islands. Should the Hawaiian Islands be captured and looted by the Japanese, the legal tender status of the "HAWAII" overprint bills can be "turned off" by the U.S. Treasury thus rendering them worthless. People coming to Hawai'i from the mainland were required to exchange for these bills at 1:1. It had the buying power of around 0 in today's money during the early 1940s so it was a large bill rarely seen in circulation at that time.
