60’s Vintage ATLAS Princess JUICE-MASTER #240 High Power Heavy Duty Juicer MINT

This is a beautifully preserved 1960’s vintage ATLAS PRINCESS JUICER (JUICE MASTER) Model 240. Condition is "Vintage-Excellent.” No damage that we can detect other than very minor signs of use, expected for this 50-60 year old beauty. This juicer will deliver dependable service for many decades to come, making excellent juice in the home or business environment.
In excellent working order, it comes with all parts as pictured. Speckled outer surface is intact, and original label has some very minor loss. Stainless steel parts are in pristine condition with barely perceptible signs of use, and no dents or other damage that we can detect. Hard-to-find pin wrench is included. Wooden pusher is free of damage and does have some
darkening if its surface where the hand and the fruits/vegetables make contact. It runs smoothly, all six foot pads are intact and provide a stable base. Power cord is still flexible and is free of cracks. It weighs 18 pounds so this is no lightweight model. Extracts every drop of juice, remaining pulp is almost dry.
This Atlas Fruit and Vegetable Juicer was made by Juice-Master in the 1960's. It is a high quality, high power juicer designed to withstand the rigors of home and commercial use. It has a heavy cast iron base designed to keep it in place while the internal blades rotate at very high speeds. This juicer does not comes with the original instructions, but they are easily found using an online search. Breakdown and disassembly of parts is easily accomplished. Sometimes the pin wrench is missing (needed to tighten the blade), but this one still has it.

The juicer has a toggle on/off switch. When you turn it on it takes a few seconds for the RPMs to spin up to full speed, and when you turn it off, you can still hear the blades spinning since they go so fast it takes them a while to come to a stop. This is normal, and the instructions caution you to wait until the blades completely stop before touching them. This juicer runs great. The Atlas juicer has permanently sealed ball bearings so it never needs greasing or oiling. This juicer is in great condition. The juicer stands approximately 12 inches tall with the lid in place.
