    Description

    Very rare host for this old 1700s/ 18th century hand made love token.  This appears to be a Sentimental magazine premium token of King George II and it has been carved / engraved with a series of dots with letter initials M M / S H H.
    A neat memento.  Love tokens from the colonial era are scarce and I have never seen one on a Sentimental medal.
    Sized about 25mm & 4.8g.
