There is no Crystal on this watch, it is not ticking and will need service to work properly.
The box is damaged on the bottom and one of the hinges is not fitting right.
I would recommend that you take this to a qualified watchmaker for a full service to guarantee time keeping accuracy and reliability. I have not tested the timekeeping accuracy of the watch as it has not been serviced in decades.
