“Flacon Chauve Souris.”
Sticker on bottom seems to date from 1950-56.
After a little research, from the size of the bottle, I believe it is
20cc/20ml/0.676 oz - 9.6cm/3.78" (1948)

Looks sealed. Remnants of seal still attached. Maybe a little evaporation. Looks like some sediment in bottom, which seems to be usual with bottles of this age.
