Vtg "Easter in the Alpes" 1912 Drawing Print with a Blotter Message on the Back

What a neat find this was at the Estate Sale in Victor, Montana. It has a brown tone to the picture of the girl and the shrine and then the Alps in the background have white for the snow on them. The hand written message on the back says its an Easter blotter and "may it take away the sadness, leaving just the perfect lines of laughter, love & gladness. Life is as we write it, if we write it from the heart. And as you write, this blotter will be Glad to do its part". Isn't that the truth, life is how we write it.
As mentioned in the condition, the original tape that held this all together has worn out and is no longer holding the glass and the back together. The glass measures 12 x 6 1/2". I cannot tell tell if this is a print or an original drawing and I cannot tell for sure what the initials are either.
